Sunday, March 9th, 2008Choosing a job easier for the Navy to have more time to take college courses?
I want to take a good dose level courses college while in the Navy. Is this a good idea to choose one job less stressful to leave more time for classes during my free time even if work is not really about what I do when I leave. To say that I chose to be a postal clerk. I hate not be one because it's something that interests me. Is it ok to take classes toward a bachelor of science, everything in this business since I want to eventually be a nurse?
I do not know exactly how nursing classes online would work ... To be a nurse (BSN), you must take the A & P 1, 2 Chem 1.2 Organic Chem 1.2 Calculus 1.2 microbiology and a variety of clinical. You can not really take science / labs online - you can take your English, humanities, social sciences, etc. .. Online. I would perhaps do that and then looking comm. College for your science classrooms and nursing - you can get your RN with an associate degree. I also enjoy any and all training free in the Navy - ANYTHING in the field of health care will help the school if the MLT, CNA, EMS.
