Can anyone help identify a punk () The title song or a rock band name?

I heard this awesome song while going into a bar Halloween. The problem is that it is only the last twenty seconds of it. The only thing I remember about this was the guitar rockish / punk (Like a Riot Grrrl Vibe or Joan Jett) and the words: "Rockstar ... Let's go!" about five times before the song ends. Has anyone the slightest idea what group or song that is? I discovered later, the songs are selected by digital jukebox, so with all these songs, it is difficult to return to the bar and ask who he was. Thank you, but this is not The Ramones. The singer is a woman like Joan Jett or group Riot Grrrl, but Joan Jett was not, I checked. I'll keep trying to search engines, but without success so far.
