Songs in My Music disappears when I exit Yahoo! Music Jukebox. Why?

I get the error message "Unable to read media (unresponsive), but I'm not a "Dell computers using Sigma Tel audio software, as they say in troubleshooting and FAQ. The songs are in / / My Documents / My Music / artist / album, and can be read from their records, but are not seen in my music in Yahoo! Music Jukebox for its reopening. I tried turning off Norton 360, but it did not help. I run Windows XP Pro.
